Becky’s love of Libraries comes from her Grandmother, who worked in public libraries until she was in her 80s. As a Broadway enthusiast, she can often be found belting out Broadway hits, sometimes just to an audience of her three dogs and husband at home.

As BMJ's Sales Manager for Latin America and the Caribbean, he plays an important role in the development and execution of BMJ's sales strategy in the region. Starting in the field of Science, Technology, and Medicine in 2005, Juan is a team player, focused on customer-centric satisfaction at all stages of the sales lifecycle, helping to identify priorities, drive efficiency, and productivity to support our users and prospects in the region.
Sana is passionate about taking a customer-led approach in business in order to provide services that add value. As BMJ's open access lead, Sana is responsible for setting and directing BMJ's open access commercial strategy globally. With over 15 years of experience in creating and developing successful open access programs, Sana has transitioned BMJ's key accounts from subscription business to open access across Europe and beyond.
David is an Account Manager who manages the BMJ Healthcare accounts in Canada and the Northeastern U.S. He brings many years of experience to BMJ. David worked for technology companies providing services to the Publishing Industry. He also worked for Healthcare Publishers with accounts throughout North America. The Publishers Included Wolters Kluwer, Krames, and A.D.A.M.. David enjoys spending his spare time with his family.
As the Customer Experience Manager for the BMJ Americas team, Ryan is passionate about proving and improving customer value. With a passion for merging the art and science behind marketing, he thrives on seeing customers happy. With over 10 years of experience in STM publishing, Ryan believes that knowledge and sharing knowledge is our human superpower.
As BMJ Americas Manager of Customer and Sales Support, Denise works closely with the Sales team and customers to ensure superior service. Denise has been the Manager of this department since the Americas team was formed. She is passionate about what she does and has personally worked with the majority of our customers. Denise is a gardener, dog lover, and college sports fan.
